The image of water that changes its shape according to the shape of the container, so easily malleable and adaptable, makes us think of how different or how similar to water humans can be. In this world, which is now in the throes of great migratory flows, with frequent exchanges between nations, continual “passages”, transfers, encounters and clashes of cultures, the theme of encounter-adaptability becomes object of profound reflection.
The project “The Shape of Water” aims to investigate through movement the theme of human adaptability.

“The jury pointed out the quality of movement of the performers and the choreographic construction, the
result of careful research into the possible combinations offered by three bodies in movement. The
excellent, musical and accurate partnering work was also appreciated”.
